The Commission Process
Each commission begins with a friendly conversation. This may involve discussing a particular landscape, coastline or view that holds personal significance, or exploring the mood and scale suited to a specific interior space. Reference photographs can be shared, and where possible studies may be developed outdoors to capture the quality of light and environment.

The final painting is then completed, balancing observation with expressive interpretation.

Details and Availability
Commissions are undertaken in oil on canvas or board in a range of sizes, from smaller studies to larger statement pieces. Pricing varies depending on scale and framing preferences, and can be discussed once an initial idea has been outlined.

Most commissions are completed within four to six weeks, depending on scale and drying time. If you’re working to a specific deadline, feel free to get in touch as I will always do my best to accommodate where possible.​​

Free UK mainland delivery is included with all commissioned paintings. Framing and international shipping can also be arranged where required.
